Don’t get me wrong, I love fitness but this past year I’ve really distanced myself (as in unfollowed) from most popular fitness instagrammers/YouTubers. I love living a healthy and fit life but I’m really not into the whole “I love drinking zero calorie energy drinks, buy x supplement and oh by the way look at my butt and abs” every single day. I’m much more focused on my mental health, doing makes me happiest and nourishing my body.

I am so happy here cause this is how I feel after the gym. I had just completed my workout (below) and I’m like a giddy little kid at Christmas! I could barely walk, but I was still completely happy!
